How do drops and pre-orders work?
Each drop is one limited run. You pre-order, we make it, and your order ships when the drop lands. When a size sells out, it's gone.
When will my order ship?
When the drop lands. We'll email you the expected dispatch date with your order confirmation, and a tracking link the day it leaves.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Email us at support@project16.shop with your order number before your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, from Australia to most countries. You'll see shipping costs at checkout.
What are the stickers?
Every order comes with Project16 stickers. Put them on your bike, your helmet, your toolbox.
How do the clothes fit?
Boxy and relaxed. Check the size guide. Between sizes, go up.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold, and hang it to dry. Don't iron the print.
Can I send you a photo of me in it?
Please. Email it to support@project16.shop. We share rider photos on the site.
